Contact Your Provider

To contact your provider, first decide whether this problem or issue is emergency. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 and ask to be taken to an emergency room for evaluation.

For non-urgent issues

Please call the nurse line at (816) 751-8520. If you reach the answering service, please be sure to include the following information in your message:

• Your name
• Your date of birth
• Your phone number
• Your provider's name
• A brief description of the your issue

If you leave a message during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 7am - 4:30pm) someone will get back to you as soon as possible. 

For urgent issues

If you have an urgent issue on a weekend or after regular business hours, please call (816) 931-1883. The provider on call will return your call as soon as possible.
