Congratulations to the Winners of our 2016 Weight Loss Competition (WLC)!

Monthly Interactive Cooking Classes

We offer monthly interactive cooking classes with our Registered Dietician.  This includes the meal that will be cooked and heart healthy wine.  Cooking demonstrations start at 5:30 pm and cost is $15.00 per class.  There is a minimum of five participants and a maximum of 25.

Come in for a free risk screening by our Cardiovascular Nurse and/or our Preventive Fellow. We will assess your cholesterol, blood sugar, liver enzymes, HgbA1c (3 month sugar average), Blood Pressure, waist circumference, BMI, and Heart Rate.
Recommendations will be made for further risk assessment follow up with your Primary Care Provider or our Wellness Center or to continue as you are!
Offer is available as long as space allows – so make your appointment early to ensure your risk screening.
